Today the DIS students participated in a heartfelt ceremony to honor their teachers on Thailand's National Teachers' Day, known as "Wan Kru," observed annually on January 16th.
In this traditional ceremony, students presented flowers and intricately arranged floral trays to their teachers, symbolizing deep respect and gratitude.
The event began with students approaching their teachers with the floral offerings, each arrangement thoughtfully prepared to convey appreciation for the educators' dedication and guidance.
Teachers, moved by the sincere gestures, expressed their commitment to continue nurturing and guiding their students.
This ceremony not only reinforces cultural values but also strengthens the bond within the school community, highlighting the mutual respect and appreciation that are integral to the educational journey at DIS.
